What SAI doesn't like about Yin Nan:
The place needs an upgrade! At first you would think twice on entering this establishment but the price on their menu is quite inviting. Come on who wouldn't be enticed with less than 100 meals? haha Since my friend and I are just killing time we opted for their merienda menu. I was a student in a school near Harrison Plaza so I always passed this place. I remember my mom used to bring us here to eat Beef Mami. I wouldn't recommend people who are choosy about the location and cleanliness of the place. If you feel that the place looks too old or too dirty you can always buy food for take out.
