I must say that the food was good, I had the Sig sig Rice and it was a big portion, the Ice Tea that was served to me had a weird taste of tap water and way too sweet! Probably not mixed properly! The atmosphere was really weird, the staff weren’t smiling at all not talking to each other it felt like we were unwanted! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mangan:
This place has been in existence for a number of years already but this is the FIRST time for me to dine here. I really do not know what stalled me from eating here…must be the Kapampangan cuisine which I know I can also have in Cabalen. Anyway, the ambience of Mangan is of course very different from Cabalen.
