Though I'm quite confused with their opening hours and days, ganjou has always been an option for me and my friends whenever we'd want some barkada chika over dinner. Their california maki taste delicious though not that different from the usual california makis (I love their sauce). Their fried squid though was kinda weird because whenever you bite it, the squid tends to not separate making you eat all the squid and leave just the breading. Their ganjou roll is the bomb! It's my fave here. The place is very silent and staff were okay.
