I'm happy that I was offered kimchi while waiting for my food at the table.Tempura Bento here is different; each tiny piece of shrimp looks like a dynamite stick. It's a total of 3 shrimps, 1 carrot, and 1 potato. The seaweed on top of the rice was enjoyable so it was smart to save it for last. The different tempura sauce was good, and they gave just the right amount to avoid wastage. Based on serving size and food quality, I find this dish very expensive. Overall, the dish doesn't look special and the quantity is not satisfying.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was instructed to pay at the cashier located at the back before being seated. Although I feel it would be more convenient to have the cashier upfront, I appreciated being offered kimchi while waiting for my food. The Tempura Bento I ordered was unique, with each small shrimp resembling a dynamite stick. The dish consisted of 3 shrimp, 1 carrot, and 1 potato. The seaweed on top of the rice added a nice touch and I saved it for the end. The tempura sauce provided was tasty, and the portion given was just right to prevent waste. However, considering the price and portion size, I found the dish to be on the expensive side. Overall, the Tempura Bento lacked in both presentation and quantity.
GF loved the food except the fermented bean paste haha
The Japanese and Korean cuisine at this restaurant is good quality and reasonably priced.
The food is amazing, even better than the pricier Japanese and Korean restaurants in the mall. And the prices are very reasonable.
