What Susan M likes about Taco Bell:
The only complaint I have is that when an elderly person goes through the drive thru and doesn't realize that they are supposed to stop at the speaker box, be gentle and patient with them. Do NOT give them grief. They've lived through things you probably can't imagine and they are forgetful at times. Take their order at the window if this happens. They deserve our respect and consideration. View all feedback. What Dan C doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Slow! Always takes too ling to get through the drive through. And to add to the previous review with the long slow line, we order by mobile, and when you pull up from the window with half the food you ordered, call them, they won’t make it and bring it out to the car and say too bad (it was their bad), you have to drive thru for another 10 minute wait....you just have to give up and take the money loss and go home.
