The only complaint I have is that when an elderly person goes through the drive thru and doesn't realize that they are supposed to stop at the speaker box, be gentle and patient with them. Do NOT give them grief. They've lived through things you probably can't imagine and they are forgetful at times. Take their order at the window if this happens. Slow! Always takes too ling to get through the drive through. And to add to the previous review with the long slow line, we order by mobile, and when you pull up from the window with half the food you ordered, call them, they won’t make it and bring it out to the car and say too bad (it was their bad), you have to drive thru for another 10 minute wait....you just have to give up and take the money loss and go home. Food was fine for the most part, the service was really bad tho. It was one guy who took our order and the more we ordered the more upset he seemed to get at us.

Did not get everything on my order tried to call the phone number on the receipt to get refund 539—1225 but it appears to be a disconnected number just hangs up immediately. Order 325827 at top of receipt or order number 427 at bottom of receipt on todays date, get back to me please thanks.
Honestly the wait times are hit or miss but I've never had a bad experience at this taco bell and with them being short staffed and probably stressed the hell out and they are still nice as far as I'm concerned I can't complain too much. So far no order mess ups on my end so thanks guys!
Takes forever no matter when we go lobby still is not open. But the staff is friendly.
