Overall, the restaurant appears in need of better management and adequate staffing to enhance the customer experience.

My sandwich was tasty; I ordered the roasted chicken. However, it's clear that the restaurant is in need of more staff, as there was only one person working. She was efficient, but we had to wait longer than usual for our turn. When I asked if there were any other employees who could assist her, she mentioned that she was the only one on duty. I felt sympathy for her, as she appeared to be a bit overwhelmed. Nonetheless, she remained very polite throughout.
Couldn’t get my sandwhich because their equipment didn’t work didn’t offer me anything and held my sandwhich by the time I left my lunch was over highly unimpressed!
The management should come in on the weekends to support their employees. One person was handling all the work today, and I asked him three times to melt my sandwich, but he never did.
Lying to customers so you can clean the store and only having 1 piece of bread in the whole store is not acceptable. I’ve been a GM I understand you got things you have to get done but there is a way to do it and lying to customers and being rude to people over the phone isn’t it.
Firstly, I have to say that the meatball sub I had at Subway was fantastic! However, the downside is that this Subway, along with others in Manhattan, Kansas, doesn't accept any coupons at all. Because of this, I don’t think I’ll be returning to any Subway locations. I just can't understand how a meatball sub can cost $X.00 plus tax!
