I asked Ryan, the bartender, if they had a piece of paper and tape so I could write a note for the bathroom door, that the lock was broken and to knock before entering, after I walked in on a woman using the restroom. Ryan was very rude stating “we're almost closed and were going to fix it this weekend, there's no reason to put a note on the door”.... apparently this lock has been broken for a few weeks after speakin... My friends and I love to go to pool house whenever we are in the mood for a drink. Their menu has an impressive spread of drinks and cocktails that won't disappoint. They have great customer service and offer an amazing experience overall.
Always amazing! Delicious craft cocktails served by an amazing staff!
