Radina's Coffeehouse Roastery

Wonderful coffee but Wade (the owner of said shop) was so rude. He approached me and requested I turn down my volume on my computer not recognizing I was in an important meeting and had no headphones as they were just stolen as a result of a break-in. He was rude, threatened me and was completely unprofessional. Avoid this place.

I’ve gone to all of their locations and they’re all amazing!! The amount of pictures of my coffee that I have show how much I go there and I never get disappointed by the food or the customer service.

Always fun to visit any Radina's location in Manhattan. Great coffee and tasty treats. Make time to treat yourself.

Sure, the coffee and baked goods are okay but the management lacks. When bad reviews are shared instead of trying to make things right with the customer instead rude, condescending replys are left. The customer service is awful.

Best coffee shop I’ve found… anywhere!!! I absolutely love this place, great town, great coffee, great beans!!! I’ve finally found a great gift for friends too, their beans are THE BEST!!! Not over roasted and absolutely perfection when made in a French press! Fantastic customer service by the baristas! Everyone who works there should be very proud of the product they make and the atmosphere they create!!! Awesomeness!!! You all rock!!!
