Not it.... read more I am from PA and I was on vacation in NYC Over the weekend and decided to stop by IHOP before heading upstate. The food was decent, but the experience? Not it. While I was eating, I heard some really loud and obnoxious yelling coming from the back, followed by what sounded like a plate or cup smashing on the floor. It completely ruined the vibe. If you're trying to enjoy your food and relax, this is not the place. The prices and food were okay, but I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. Please train and/or coach your staff better and purchase more garbage bins since you yield way more garbage than these bins can handle. Please don't contribute to the rat problem. Thanx! Tried to look past itentire order was incorrect, slow and rude service with no check back in after incorrect order arrived. Staff was cursing and complaining about customers and work within clear earshot of our table as they entered and exited the kitchen. Ignored for 20 minutes despite attempts to flag down waitress for assistance regarding incorrect order. Left in tears from so much frustration. This was supposed to be a fun day off treat after weeks of working nonstop and will NEVER come here again. Also the music was messed up and the same rihanna song was playing on a loop until I mentioned it and was told I was “observant” lol rly? Manager came by and was actually pretty cool and nice/took my order off the check finally (and the waitress was overheard saying “That’s what she ordered!” Which was not true. Lol there are 3 types of Eggs Benedict on the menu. I selected the Poblano one, which has pepper onions and beef- and asked for an additional side of avocadoinstead I received the classic eggs benedict on a plate of bacon and avocado with an extra plate of avocado on the side??
