Second Story The Belamar

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and always greets with a smile! It was a wonderful experience staying there for two nights.

The accommodation was spotless and the bed was cozy, making it a pleasant place to stay. It is conveniently situated near a shopping center with excellent dining options within walking distance.

The customer service at this restaurant is very poor. They have sunshades available, but they refuse to allow guests to use them. The hostess at the reception gave conflicting information.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. My Bloody Mary was good and the bartender, Antonio, was great. The Breakfast Ultimate Burrito was not exactly what I expected but it was still good. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the avocado was fresh, there were bits of ham, and some chipotle sauce, all of which were okay. The salsa on the side was very good and the vanilla latte was also good. The price was justified for the atmosphere, location, presentation, and quality of the food. Overall, my drink was definitely worth it.

I attempted to have a quick lunch with my coworkers, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by the frequent blaring of the fire alarm. According to the staff, the alarm was set to continue until 5:00, making it quite unpleasant. The quality of the food was also lacking. We ordered fish and chips and a salad, but the fish was soggy and greasy while the salad was unremarkable. The only saving grace was that we received a discount on our meal. Overall, not a great dining experience.
