Despite signs all over restaurant and email promotion touting $5 margaritas all day, we were told by server “we’re out of house tequila, how about a beer instead?” What about other tequilas? Well that’s not an option. Food was mediocre. Mashed potatoes felt like it came from a box. Needless to say we won’t be coming back.

The entran... read more The restaurant itself was difficult to find because their signs are poorly placed. The front door leading to the Northern Blvd. is only an exit door. The entrance door by the parking lot has a small sign printed sign. The place was not full. Our server was very pleasant. The fill in manager went around the tables greeting customers and she was very smart answering a question we had about the bill. The bill suggested a much higher gratuity it had to do with the value of the meal, not the actual price. We very delighted by the manager's demeanor and TGI Fridays should use this person as a trainer. We had unpleasant experiences at other TGI Fridays.

Bartender came from back of house after 13 minutes with surprisingly apathetic deadpan demeanor. Friendly and eager to serve as a pothole. The lettuce in the Caesar salad was chopped as if it were Cole Slaw and quickly had the consistency of cold green oatmeal. Do not support Restaurants who try to get by on 3 teenage staff willing to show up (probably not regularly) and kinda work for measley wages. The CEO and upper admin should be ashamed, and when the whole chain goes under, should cringe in shame at their mansions. Tell every Restaurant and business manager to pay living wages and they will have plenty of dependable, decent quality staff. PS. Google multiple choice buttons at the bottom reminded me of the best part of my experience Parking. The best part of my dinner at TGI Friday's was the parking lot. That is the funniest thing I've seen all day. Parking: Best part of the dinner.

I just walked away but beware, try to order using a reputed company like Doordash instead of the TGIF online portal. Also the staff in Manhasset look dazed, confused and are utterly disorganized!! Once we put the... read more When arriving, we waited 10 minutes to be sat down when it was empty. Once we were sat down, no one came to our table for roughly 25-30 minutes. Once we put the drinks in after 30 minutes they didn’t arrive to the table for another 15 minutes. My girlfriend ordered a glass of red wine and in the red wine was left over pieces of the cork. I have never had a bad experience with TGI Fridays since it is a favorite spot of mine, but after all of this I don’t think I can say the same anymore which is a shame. This place needs To clean up big time!

The bartenders will even make a drink to your taste if you prefer. The music is always good here. They play lots of oldies. Highly recommend for a good time.

The manager at the front was unhelpful and gave us a strange look. To make matters worse, one of our orders was incorrect once the food finally arrived. Avoid this place at all costs!

I suspect that once again, everyone 's scared to use the word God . Service was great, not too busy for lunch time. Host/busboy was a little off, even going so far as telling us he was drinking all night and a little hungover. But he still did a great job.

There were plenty of empty tables so there’s no problem getting another table. We waited another 10 mins or so before a server came to take our beverage order. At that point, I had to ask him for the special menu which was not included in the regular menu. After that, the service was good and we had no other issues. The half hour wait before a server come by to take our order was just unacceptable especially the restaurant was not busy. The food and value were excellent and the service after the initial wait was good.

The restaurant wasn’t even busy. Maybe that’s why this TGI FRIDAYS was close to empty on a Saturday night. Not our first experience with lousy service here
