They make an awesome grilled whole fish and they pack it well so it survives take out. The spicy feta dip is a guilty pleasure of mine the kind of thing you keep eating even if you are't hungry. When we can't figure out what to have for dinner it is always comforting to have one of their salads topped with either salmon or gyro. Authentic Greek food, prepared the Greek way through and through, no short cuts. You only had to order my favorite Patitsio, made with Bechamel sauce. You could see, smell and, taste the Greek authenticity of the dish. Sad to see it's permanently closed
What a gem! Some of the best Greek food I have ever had and the service is great. I strongly recommend the lemon soup to start and then you can't really go wrong for your main course.
We just tried the place after being recommended by a colleague , and oh boy was she right, my family absolutely loved the place. Food was amazing . Must try the roasted chicken and the fish of the day. Great food with for a great price.
Delicious Greek food at affordable prices. Very kind and hospitable hostess.
My experience at this restaurant has always been the direct opposite of many of these older reviews. The hostess remembers our faces and greets us warmly. I can remember one day the usual woman was gone and the replacement seemed ill-suited for the job, but it's a family business and I guess not everyone is always having a great day. We always love the calamari and do not find it rubbery. We usually go for gyro platters and love to drench the meat in the tzatziki sauce, which sometimes varies in flavor (ie, more dill on one day or another) but is always good. Another tasty appetizer is the fried cheese called saganaki flambe on the menu. A couple of other entrees I have ordered included the lamb stew and the spinach pie. If you're expecting gourmet, look elsewhere. It's just good home style cooking at generally affordable prices. That's what I love about casual dining though, you can come dressed however or be in scrubs if you need to and not feel uncomfortable.
