Unfortunately, the restaurant has changed ownership and the quality has suffered. There have been mistakes with orders and the service is not as good as it used to be. However, there have been noticeable improvements over time. Orders are more consistent now and the staff remains friendly.

I used to love their bagels, but the quality has really declined and I'm not sure why. The last few times I've been, the bagels just didn't taste as good as they used to. I thought maybe it was just my imagination. Today, I went in to buy a half dozen and didn't get a free one like the sign promised. Instead, I received what looked like half a dozen bialys. I'm really disappointed, so I'll be going back to Slims instead.
