Clean and small IHOP. The food was good and the portions were above average from other locations. It seems to be more employees than customers on Thursday, but we got our first cup of coffee 20mins after we set foot in us first. One of those things that tend to be a secret why it happened. The waitress was great. The wait time was about 10 minutes to be served beverages. The coffee was watered down, which is disappointing when the restaurant is a breakfast place. The pancakes were delicious. My sister complained of her food being warm. She also found hair in the scrambled eggs.
