Yesterday's Diner - Manhasset Hills

Charged me full price for a soda refill, that’s bonkers. Food was already mediocre for the price, but considering the cost of soda to charge full price for a refill is just a money grab. Will not be going back.It’s unfortunate because the staff is nice and the atmosphere is great.

Always great eating at yesterday's. Food is delicious and fresh, service is very good. Would definitely eat there again!

Consistently Delicious food, excellent service, and I just ate there yesterday!

Very disappointed! I called a pick up order (just a cheeseburger) and said I’d be there in 45 minutes so 12:45pm. When I get there I kept being told it’s almost ready. Well, almost 20 minutes later I get my order. No apology, no “hey, can we make it up to you with a drink or order of fries.” Nothing! They knew they messed up and just decided to act like nothing was wrong. I would have gladly accepted an apology as things happen. But this was just a horrible way to deal with a customer. I doubt anything will come of my feedback here as the owner doesn’t even seem to be replying to reviews. Long Island Diners are closing left and right. Customer service will go a long way to prevent it from being you next. Just my two cents.
