Chef Louis Gachet's cuisine is exquisitely refined, with dishes that artfully blend Provençal and Burgundian flavors. The combinations are subtle, balanced, and bursting with flavor, making each plate a true delight. A big thank you also to the entire front-of-house team for their service, which was both highly professional and exceptionally friendly. We immediately felt welcome, and the attention given to our guests truly contributed to the quality of the experience. We had a wonderful evening and will cherish the memory of this special occasion.

Each dish reflects the care and attention to detail, but above all, the harmony! A truly exceptional customer experience; everything is designed to make your visit unforgettable. The staff is incredibly attentive, and the service is impeccable. The décor is beautifully crafted. We even had the opportunity to tour the kitchens, and it perfectly reflects the quality of the food you'll find on your plate. This dinner at Le Feuillé was the perfect ending to our stay at the Couvent des Minimes.
