3Bz's Cafe - Mandurah

A quaint restaurant located on the Mandurah waterfront, across from a park and public facilities. The food and coffee are both delicious and reasonably priced. You have the option to dine inside or outside, although the outdoor seating is located near passing traffic.

I was in Mandurah to get some good breakfast after a long training session and found this place in the Entertainmentbook. Inside it is very simple, Cafe Style but nice sitting outside in the shade looking at the water. I love all day breakfast and the selection was great, in particular the omelettes and a good size as well. Coffee, muffin, all good and very friendly service. Highly recommended

I had breakfast with some friends and was impressed with the options available at this cozy little restaurant. It's a great spot for coffee and breakfast.

Oh, Mandurah, you could easily be mistaken for Bali. The familiar scenery includes lots of sun-loving elders in tank tops, flowy pants, and flip-flops.
