The staff overall were polite and friendly but one instance that bothered me and why I give 2 stars on service is because we requested if we could get some food for our dog and got quite a rude no . I understand not all places may be pet friendly or have something to serve but when it comes to a customer centric service industry it 's important how you treat a customer (understanding that respect and politeness go both ways, having worked in the f&b industry myself). Wasn 't expecting that curt, rude behavior from the staff given that they were more polite and friendly initially, before rush hour. Coming to the food, we ordered truffle fries, olives, and a half and half pizza (margherita and funghi) to go along with our drinks. The truffle fries and olives came in on time, while the olives were good, (can 't go wrong with warm olives), the truffle fries lacked any flavor of truffle. The pizza took over an hour to come to our table (ordered at 7.40 and got the pizza at 8.50ish). We enquired about it only half an hour after ordering, giving enough benefit of doubt, but it took so long, we were already pretty hungry and ready to leave. The staff, when they finally brought the pizza, informed us that they were backed up with orders, which is why it was so delayed. It would 've been great if they communicated the same to us early on or came to us without us asking multiple times. The pizza itself was good but not great, I think we were so hungry by then that taste didn 't matter all that much. Overall, for a restaurant priced on the higher premium side for Goa, the expectation of better service and food is a given. Much to improve and work on!

Everyone was very f... read more I'm not exaggerating when I say I had the best gin cocktail that I've ever had in my life absolutely astonishing. The bartender is a genius. Everyone was very friendly and accomodating to the two toddlers in our group. An amazing place. I would visit again in a heartbeat. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
