After a few minutes, a guy—who I believe was a manager—came over to ask what we were waiting for. When my girlfriend explained, he handed her a card for a free meal and apologized for the delay. Once the chips were ready, he personally brought them to our table, along with an extra queso and some additional chips to take home. While we were eating, the same man was filling the drink machine with ice. He noticed the baby and, once he finished, came over to give my friend and me two more free meal cards, apologizing for any noise. I was really impressed with our experience. We didn’t even have a chance to get upset about the wait because the staff was so attentive and caring towards their customers. I will definitely be returning soon. I've had some disappointing experiences at other places around here, so it was fantastic to have such a positive experience tonight!
This restaurant has become a staple in our lunch rotation. The only downside is that they frequently run out of items on the buffet line during busy times. It's understandable, as they do restock relatively quickly, but it's not ideal to have to wait for refills.
