Pleasant atmosphere and relaxed atmosphere. Unusual items on menu, but a fairly limited choice. Obviously convenient if you're a hotel guest. Helpful attentive service. As with any non-English menu, unless your French is good, it can be difficult to trandlate everything, but a member of the waiting staff helped. Probably even better in summer, when you will get a terrific view. View all feedback.
What Elwyn Beatty doesn't like about The Royal Bay Restaurant & Terrace:
on the positive side this is a modern, cumbersome hotel part of the pullman group and they can be in the rule to park their car .a great consideration in the busy summer months. eating is dirty, and the menu bleak served by people who do not serve as a profession but as a pain. overall I was not even impressed. On the positive side this is a modern swanky hotel part of the Pullman group and they usually can arrange to park your car ...a major consideration during the busy summer months. The food is bland, and the menu bleak served by people who do not see service as a vocation but a pain. Overall I was not impressed yet again.
I had dinner by myself at this restaurante, which is inside the hotel. The service was great, but better than that the food was amazing. The view is stunning.
We had been here a couple of times previously, when the hotel was Sofitel. The setting for the restaurant is lovely, the tables nicely set and the service impeccable. But the menu was basic burger, pasta, salads and a couple of specials. The meal for two was €104, which we thought expensive, even for the area, considering such a basic menu. The food was presented nicely but we could have had the same food in a basic brasserie for a lot less money. A shame because the other factors were excellent.
Great cuisine, top gastronomy and amazing staff, knowing how to advise you on meals and wine. Having dinner with the view on the sea is priceless.
