I returned around 1 PM to order drinks, but u... read more At around 11 AM, I asked if we could dine in and study at Driptea Wireless, and the staff confirmed that we could. I returned around 1 PM to order drinks, but unfortunately, the only table they had was occupied. This was understandable since it was first come, first served. We enjoyed our drinks but then had to set up at a standing desk with limited space and high chairs instead. To my surprise, the staff, including what appeared to be the store manager, began a loud meeting. They discussed issues with customers present and didn’t offer us the best table that was available. Had she mentioned that they would be having a staff meeting, I would have considered looking for another spot. It’s also disheartening to learn that some of their locations closed due to quality issues, staff not wearing proper uniforms, and an undisclosed customer evaluating their stores. There was a complete lack of discretion. Overall, my experience at Driptea Wireless left much to be desired. The menu might be nice, but the environment definitely needs improvement.
