The first night we were there truly left us with wonderful memories, especially the delicious Chianina Florentine steak. Before heading home, we decided to have another Florentine dinner. Unfortunately, the meat was tough to the knife, especially when biting. We pointed this out to the waitress, who was even more upset than the owners, who literally ignored it when it came time to pay. Considering the price of that particular dish, perhaps we could have been a little more careful in selecting suppliers, and above all, more accommodating to the customer, who, I'm not sure, will be encouraged to return after experiences like this.

We stopped by chance to eat at this restaurant, and I have to compliment the food and the waiter, who was very engaging and recommended one of the best desserts... read more We stopped by chance to eat at this restaurant, and I have to compliment the food and the waiter, who was very engaging and recommended one of the best desserts I've ever tasted. We had the crostoni with lard, the Tuscan pici, and the ricotta mousse with their homemade cherry compote.
