The delicious smell of food drifting on the breeze caught my attention as I was walking by this restaurant. My nose knows, so I went in to look at the menu and decided on the Potato Face Omelet. It was absolutely delicious! As others have mentioned, theportion sizes are on the smaller side but the place has a classy, upscale European vibe so this didn 't surprise me seems to bethe kind of restaurant that 's more focused on quality than quantity. Had a nice chat with the owner, who was friendly andaccommodating. The chef was amiable, and an excellent cook. Although I took my meal to go (served in a fully compostable box),it was pleasant inside the building and there is also a cute patio area in the front. Would definitely return.
Super tasty, flavorful, fresh lunches. Nice spot for a nice meal. Friendly customer service. I believe it?s Puerto Rican based hence the name.
Incredibly overpriced food, was barely full when I left. Atmosphere very cozy and unique but paid 60 dollars total for a sandwich on mediocre bread with a paper thin slice of supposedly fancy meat. This accompanied by two slices of orange thatwould?ve been small even for a cocktail and two potatoes that were so small I thought they were pimentos at first. Also frombeginning to end of my meal had to listen to the owner have an incredibly loud political conversation with two elderly guests;not exactly conducive to a relaxing Sunday dinner before a long flight home. The service was decent but the lone waitress wasclearly overwhelmed as guests started filling in and of course the owner did nothing to help. The entire experience wouldn?thave been worth it even if the meal cost a third as much. Will never go to this place again.
Ron at the ponce is inspiring enough to come back. But the apple cider menu was amazing. Sandwiches were good. Sides were eehhh... overall great spot
