Some diners were disappointed with the slow service and lack of communication from the staff, while others found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The food was generally praised for being delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere varied depending on where diners were seated, with some feeling uncomfortable due to the temperature and lack of privacy. Despite these mixed reviews, many diners still enjoyed their meals and would recommend the restaurant to others.

Food was okay what we got, went in before a theatre show arrived at 6 only got our starters at 6.55 and when we asked how far along our mains were as we needed to leave at 7.20, this was at 7.15 I asked to be told she would check and get back to us it got to 7.20 and she hadn't come back so we cancelled our mains. very disappointed with this service and for a starter and a drink it cost us 12 pound each. service was terrible. they were under staffed. I phoned in the day before to inform them we were going to the theatre and we would need to be leaving at 7.15, spoke to a girl called Sophie she was really helpful and put a note on our booking, however the staff that night didn't look at the note and were unhelpful. will not be eating there again it spoilt our night
