Contribute FeedbackDespite some mixed experiences with booking and pacing of courses, Zizzi in Manchester offers decent food with standout items like the soul bread. Service varies, with some finding the staff extremely accommodating, while others feeling that they couldn't compete with other Italian restaurants in the area. Overall, customers enjoyed their meals and left satisfied, even celebrating special occasions with great service. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the prices are reasonable. While there were some hiccups with drinks and timing, Zizzi remains a solid choice for Italian cuisine in Manchester.
Experience was excellent but unfortunately Open Table hadn’t told them about our booking. They managed to fit us in. I will book direct in future.
Nice restaurant in a convenient location. Friendly and attentive staff. Tasty food.
Good menu choice, reasonable prices. Friendly staff. As a table of 6 everyone was happy with their choice of food. No complaints, would recommend this place.
Slow delivery of food, nice customer service but generally good food
Basic food, basic decor, all very average, no somewhere we would go back to. The only plus side were the little soul breads, so yummy, shame the main meals weren't up to the same standard. Staff very nice, but just can't compete with other Manchester Italians
