One member of staff. Booked us a table, but had the restaurant shut and tried to serve us all sat at the bar front! Major disappointment and won’t be going in a Tiger Tiger again, expected too much from a nightclub I guess.

Service was ok , we got a discount so the food was worth the money we paid

Firstly they had no record of my booking of 15 ladies booking for lunch. We were then told well if it was booked via a third party they wouldn't have a record.....why be part of tabl table then if you don't want referrals...we were then told they could sort something out to which we were now to sit on 2 seperate tables even though there was a table available, already set that wasn't used for the duration. We ordered good which took over 40 mins to arrive and the staff had an attitude that was NOT putting customers at the heart of their service! Our experience here totally dampened what should have been a fabulous hen weekend.

We arrived to a table, with mucky plates and no chairs in the main bar area. We had booked the resteraunt. After trying to explain to the staff we had booked the resteraunt we were moved upstairs onto a table which we were told we had an hour and a half before we had to go as the next group were coming to eat. Whilst upstairs there was no room, we were like chickens in a coop. If you were sat to the left of the table you couldn't get out to go to the bar toilet. None of the staff sempt interested and weren't helpful at all. I don't usually leave bad reviews but on this occasion I am doing as eating here ruined my 21st. Terrible service, wouldn't reccommend at all.

I didn't realize this was essentially just a restaurant within Tiger Tiger. It's decent, not upscale dining, but a good spot to grab some food before a night of drinking in Eden. The cocktails are good, but service is slow and there's no dessert menu. By that point, I was ready to leave anyway.
