Hard one to mark for service as the place was rammed! Marked down cos they were busy and took a while to get served. Other than that it’s what you would normally expect from a Spoons. RUDE!!!!! STAFF!!!!! humiliating me in public refused to serve my drink with my 1 meal at lunchtime. Tried to explain my ID was in the post and I even had a photo of my id to prove. Abby the waitress who works here refused to hear me out, and speak VERY loudly and humiliated me in public! I suffer with anixety and this just ruined the whole atmosphere after how she spoke to me!
