What Pam Carney doesn't like about The Botanist:
Service was basically non existent. Waited an age for our food order to be taken. Food was ok when it eventually arrived. Waited another half hour to get a desert menu… Then a mouse running round the place …. Eerrr no !! Waiting on staff to busy talking to service customers, then have the cheek to put £14 service charge on the bill !!! Needless to say we won’t be back. View all feedback.

Food was lovely and the staff were friendly! Slight confusion when the mains came before the starters had arrived but the lady couldnt have been more apologetic and the issue was sorted quickly! Great atmosphere thank you!
Great place to eat or just relax with a pint staff very friendly and helpful and a bit of entertainment thrown in
