However, during our most recent visit, the takeaw... read more We have been regular patrons of this restaurant for many years and the service and food have always been good. However, during our most recent visit, the takeaway sides were fine as usual but the chicken garlic balti was disappointing. It was watery and tasteless, resembling more of a thin soup than a flavorful dish. The other main course was okay, but the promised spicy sauce turned out to be mild. Despite this, the chicken itself was enjoyable.

We were aware that the restaurant had been renovated to a high standard and is now very modern and bright. The food was fantastic, with generous portions and completely authentic. The service was also excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be returning.
