The playground and cafe were fantastic, and we enjoyed a lovely Easter egg hunt. Watching the planes take off and land so close was incredible. Plus, the parking was very affordable. It was a wonderful day out!

There are plenty of picnic benches available, and visitors can also bring their own blankets to sit on the grass, which offers ample space. Additionally, there’s a large playground suitable for children of all ages. The facility includes a café and a shop, as well as restrooms. The Concorde is also on site, though I'm not sure if there is an extra charge to visit it.

However, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing facilities available there. There’s a café, a shop, conference rooms, films, and even a Concorde! I was truly impressed and found myself eager to return. The runway park has turned me into a plane spotter!

There was... read more Great day out watching the planes. Was quite busy during the Easter weekend which was expected. Nice and safe for kids to run around in grassed area. There was a little bit of a fairground or inflatables for the kids which looked fun for the kids. Also some old planes that you could go on and have a look around. There is a Concord plane there which you can also tour for a price of £6. There is a cafe where you can get food and drinks even a beer for the adult on a nice sunny day. Some things where a little bit pricey but I think you could take a picnic if you wanted. Also a little van outside which also sold food. There was a guy describing all the planes that were coming in and going out which was fun to listen too and had some interesting facts. There is a parking charge depending on length of stay but starts at £5 for a few hrs which i think is reasonable if you are going for a mini trip out. As it was my first time visiting I enjoyed it and will be visiting again but with a blanket to sit on the grass.
