mistake made with order by accident when i rang them they promptly told me to return to the restraunt whete they very kindly and generously apologised and have me some nice hot apple pies and a cold coke aswel as fixing my order brilliant staff...and very well mannered thankyou very much I'm very happy customer in regards to how fast and politely debt with that little problem View all feedback.

I’ve never in my 22 years of living experienced the most unpleasant and utter disrespect from a McDonalds worker today on the 28th June 2024 approximately 12:35 at McDonalds Stockport road. Will never go back! View all feedback.
Food was freezing as usual and unable to get a refund because I’ve complained to much! It’s not my fault if every time I order somthing is wrong or cold and am paying my good money for!
The food never arrived and then when i tried ti contact then they couldn’t get hold of the driver because he put it down to delivered when it hadnt
Saying enjoy my food but its not even been delivered
Sauces were not delivered, large milkshake not full considering the price for it
Took absolutely ages to deliver after placing order, food was stone cold, my mcflurry was actually liquid, not happy at all, what an absolutely terrible service! £11 spent, not worth a fraction of that to be honest, awful.. just awful
