It's likely due to their willingness to take advice from those who truly understand great crust. I haven't had the chance to try their pizzas yet, but I will be soon, and I've only heard positive things about them. They've even shared some of their 20-year-old sourdough starter, which is impressive. While I must admit their pizzas aren’t quite up to the standard of Honest Crust yet, they are still far superior to any of the mass-produced chains I've tried. Why do people still dine at restaurants like Croma or Pizza Express when places like this exist? Twenty years ago, there was no internet or social media, so knowledge of good food was often limited. Now, there's really no excuse. It's too early to declare this the best pizza I've ever had, but it's definitely in my personal top contenders and I'll be coming back for a quick revisit!

That being said, the bar has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are friendly and helpful. They offer a great selection of beers, including cans and bottles. I particularly enjoyed the sour beer tap takeover they had over the bank holiday weekend.

We h... read more Great IPA selection and a really cool place to hang out. Ping pong table downstairs on weekends too so good for a game in the afternoon as it's quiet then. We hired the place out for a party once too and they let you play your own tunes, sound system was decent and staff were very helpful
