Located in the heart of Deansgate Square, our venue offers an exquisite raw menu featuring freshly made dishes such as black and blue tuna with pickled kohlrabi and squid ink tuille, horse mackerel ceviche, and Wagyu beef tataki with crispy shallots. Additionally, our traditional Robata menu includes the finest cuts of Wagyu, barbary duck breast, and mirin chicken yakitori, cooked over open flames. Seafood lovers can enjoy whole sea bass with red miso and sake, monkfish with clementine, and Kentucky fried calamari with matcha aioli. Open , airy, comfortable, well decorated restaurant. Love the large, busy open kitchen. Food is a picture on a plate and of excellent quality, some of the best in Manchester. Service are very friendly and knowledgable. Cocktails are some of the best. Prices are above average.
Loved the food, Bento box really good. Excellent waiter. Only disappointment was the fact they do do hot drinks, a good cup of coffee would have been a great end to the meal.
