Since the late 80s, through all his iterations, always loved it, never had a bad meal there. perfect for vegans and has a creative menu. and for those who drink often has unusual cocktails.

We had a wonderful experience here, firstly great and helpful staff that explained the food to us, some items on their menu are very niche so they took their time and made sure we understood what our options were. It was an amazing meal so much delicious and high quality food.

Not much flavour and very stodgy, only really liked one of my courses, didn’t finish the other two.

I got here for a birthday contract and what a tasty bite! I chose the vegan black pudding for a starter and that was magical then the jalfresi king oysters simply brilliant. it is a gourmet restaurant so that the prices reflect this, but it is not exaggerated. highly recommended.

Some of the options have been in the menu for years. They can easily make some dinge vegan that are not (like the maische). a little disappointing. updated by previous review on 2012-07-31
