Contribute Feedback What Imogen Robinson likes about Costa:
The café was nice and very quiet when we visited on a weekday. The toilets looked a little strange and could use a thorough cleaning. The hot chocolate was delicious and I received a birthday cake with the app since it was my birthday. We also went shopping at the next store. View all feedback.
What ellebeehome doesn't like about Costa:
Stopped by here for a quick break and my usual slice of cake. Unfortunately, they were out of caramel shortbread so I settled for chocolate and orange cake. The icing was a bit sparse and it definitely had a store-bought taste, but I still managed to finish it all! It's convenient to have a coffee shop so that partners who are bored can let their significant others shop in peace. View all feedback.

I went to the Costa at Arndale on Tuesday, February 7th and was quite appalled by the state of the coffee making station. The milk frother jug appeared dirty and the container holding the ground coffee didn't look very clean either. It seemed like these items were not being washed regularly and the milk used in my Cappuccino didn't seem fresh, but rather leftover from a previous order. The overall area where they prepare the coffee also looked in need of a thorough cleaning. I was disappointed with my experience.
Visited with my collected voucher for a free drink thank you . Unfortunately drink I was given was pre made and sat on the side , sadly was cold and I asked for some hot water and was met with a frosty face . Son told he could use his so had to pay which was inconvenient but life . Toilet facilities no paper which isn’t great I suppose
We visited Manchester on Monday 1st Aug at 14:30, the coffee shop looked like it was closing but it was crowded and any empty table was cluttered and filthy. The floors throughout were messy too, there were at least 3 staff but seemed to be on a wind down. Service was shouted across other customers and slow. I was surprised as Costa is usually more organised. Perhaps a bit more customer focus is required here, maybe more staff but utilities the space you have and show off the coffee shop.
Worst coffee shop in Manchester. Everything that you hate about service in these chains. Rarely more than one person serving, difficult to understand the English spoken by the staff, long queues and then the usual hard sell on pastries that will take 10 years off your life. Utterly dire
