Visited the most often on Saturday with my daughter, I ordered the carbonara and it was bland and tasteless, I had 2 packed up and left it, no one checked with us to ask if our food was in order, moreover, when our tellers were collected, my. teller was still full of untouched food, no one even asked if everything was in order, the staff was not very attentive or welcome at all. it was my first visit and it will be my last! very bad about expensive eating and service!

Have never asked in Italian and was in the mood for pasta, but our usual visit to sugo pasta kitchen was not available, so booked a table for asking earlier on the day. at the arrival the place looked clean and bright, but that's...where the positive end. Despite the booked table we were still standing in the door/wait to be space for good 10-15 minutes, although there are many employees running around. while they wait, they begin to notice that in my case it was a few, that seemed a quite animated opinion with the manager at the bar, and a table that had sent her order back to the kitchen not once, but twice. at this point we have decided to go, but before we put a member of the staff approached us, while also saying service will be slow because they are busy today that go over the place to get in, it did not seem so busy. after leaving we managed to get a table in sugo pasta kitchen that is usually in full capacity, which never seems to affect their service. Service so slow that we missed our train three hours before it was due walked in was a sauna so hott couldn't handle and my ginger beer was not Jamaican was from Cornwall what is that and tasted rank not happy the woman was...nice tho)
