Guests appreciate the friendly service and a cozy ambiance, making it an inviting spot for food lovers. However, many diners express concerns over portion sizes, particularly with tasting menus that often leave them wanting more. Despite the relatively small servings, the food is well-prepared and delicious, with standout desserts. While some find the prices slightly high, especially for add-ons, the overall experience remains enjoyable, affirming the restaurant's status as a noteworthy destination for French cuisine enthusiasts.
Arranged for my wife’s 40th. The food and service were both outstanding and we were made to feel very special. We would not hesitate to book again.
Fabulous menu, food, service ....restaurant situated in the Northern Quarter. We were so glad we chose to eat at 63. Very sophisticated flavours and quality ingredients...Manchester dining at its best...French cuisine...no nonsense food...a great dining experience.
The restaurant greeted us warmly and the ribeye was expertly cooked. The wine was delicious.
The food was nicely prepared and delicious, although the portions were quite small, except for the dessert, which may justify the cost. The tasting menu was lacking fresh vegetables, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations, but it wasn't something I would complain about.
The service at this restaurant was professional and friendly. Our server was always available when needed but never rushed us. We especially enjoyed our starters, and the main courses were also good. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised with a nice birthday treat. I highly recommend this restaurant.
