Booked using a Groupon Voucher 2 courses plus a glass of wine, for 2, for £22. Nice friendly greeting, service great, food good, but remember you get what you pay for...this is not a Michelin star restaurant, but is decent food and service. View all feedback.
What KatherineA doesn't like about 24 And Grill:
New years eve meal. Very quiet, no atmosphere at all. Starters were nice but our main meal for both of us was just awful. Food was cold had to send back. Didn't taste that good either. Considering the restaurant was quiet... I'm not sure why the food was cold. We skipped desert as we felt it wasn't worth wasting any more money here View all feedback.
Very nice appetizer came last night here for an early meal with an itison goodschein. we had a few cocktails in the bar that were beautiful first. then a two cursor with a glass of wine each. on the menu (3 options) there is not much choice, but the eating we had was excellent. everything was well cooked and well presented. the wine was also beautiful. friendly service. all in all a beautiful experience and we will definitely return.
Here yesterday evening with friends after reading good reviews about the place, for a restaurant on a Saturday night there were only 2 other tables dining room, so there was a certain lack of atmosphere. we all ordered steaks that were of good quality with different sauces and beside orders of mac n cheese and cooked twice! we also had some delicious brot and olive with Parmesan wars. the service was in order, but think they would fight if it was busy. it deserves to be more business, although eating is very good.
Overall our experience was very positiw. eating was mostly excellent, the service good and the cocktails fantastic. I would definitely recommend 24 bar grill for good quality informal eating, even without rib eye steak and a good camp. the last point worth mentioning is that we visited quite early on a weekday, 6:30 a.m. on a Wednesday, so that the restaurant was quiet. Although the healthy sense would suggest that the quieter the restaurant, the better should be the service, it is often not the case and it is sometimes easy to neglect as the personal levels are lower, but thankful that was not the case at 24.
Eating was quite good, but menu was easy to cut. not much atmosphere. I wouldn't visit again. very expensive for what we had
Just off Princess street in town, I made a visit for dinner around 8ish on a Friday evening with my boyfriend. To my surprise the restaurant was very quiet and only had a few tables in but you can't judge the food by that. Also, the host asked if we were guests of the hotel we didn't even know there was a hotel there so to my assumptions this bar and grill is part of the Arora hotel (but it's nice that they kept the buildings separate) But other than that, we were seated quickly in a booth and had a few cocktails and wine to start while we decided what to eat...
