Fumo is a san carlo restauraunt on the 1st petersplatz, near the turn to the oxford road and opposite the central library I decided to call here to grab some.

I complained two days ago about the quality of food and service, and today I noticed that on the bill a 10% congratulate was automatically added.

The restaurant offers great food and music with a DJ, although the volume was a bit loud. The atmosphere is modern, but the chairs were not very comfortable. I found it difficult to have a conversation without raising my voice. The portions are generous and the seafood spaghetti, bolognese, and focaccia were particularly delicious. They have a good selection of Italian wines and the waitstaff are friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are on the higher side, so it's a good idea to check what others are ordering before you go. Make sure to book a table in advance as it gets busy, especially with a well-dressed younger crowd. Overall, it's worth a visit, maybe for a special occasion.

On a whim, we decided to eat at this restaurant before catching a show. Unfortunately, we couldn't secure a table in the dining area, but we were able to eat at the bar, which turned out to be a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was friendly, except for the bouncer at the door. He could definitely use an attitude adjustment, as his rudeness was out of place in such a beautiful establishment.
