This is a good, quiet, clean Panera. I only had an iced tea and sat there and held a business meeting. There were other groups and small meetings going on and the place was quiet enough to hold a conversation and large enough so no one was too close by. View all feedback.
What Marlena Grohs Tomaszynska doesn't like about Panera Bread Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews:
I love Panera but lately I have been getting the green goddess salad idk what is going on with it. You keep giving me rock hard bacon bits that almost crack my teeth. Two salads in a row I have to throw away. I don’t think it’s normal for bacon bits to hurt or be this hard. This has only been happening recently. Maybe order new bacon bits safe for chewing please. Panera Bread should change its name to “Panera Just Bread.” I ordered a family value meal and this is what the Turkey Bacon Bravo sandwiches looked like. One slice of turkey, a piece of cheese, and a tomato. No lettuce, no pickles. I used to come here twenty years ago and the sandwich was 4” thick, full of meat and veggies. I even left a tip on my order. This place is garbage now and I will not be ordering from it ever again.
We picked up sandwiches for the office. Everyone enjoyed them. The beds were so good.
My order was not at the pick up area. After waiting I went to find it. Ordered chips and didn't get them. Most of us are having difficulty in these times and can't afford to not get what we pay for
Interesting and confusing to say the least. Usually service is really good, and I'm a regular about 1 3 times a week, or once every 2 weeks depending on my budget. I've had no complaints thus far, and usually I'm not one to strike against a company for one altercation. However, I came in late at night (understandable product is low) but they literally had no bread... I was thinking okay, I'm a reasonable guy no problem. Then the associate says they only have brioche for my Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. I was like well, I'm really hungry so that will do. I asked if that means I will get 2 brioche rolls to account for the mass of the sandwich:: 1 half of med veg is roughly the same size as one small brioche. So two would cover the cost and mass of the sandwich. Makes sense right? He went to ask his manager if that was okay, and came back to report that I would only be getting one brioche (a VERY tiny bun) and fit ALL of the toppings of a WHOLE sandwich on that.... very confused, frustrated, and the manager seemingly not caring as he did not appear to the front desk, I simply left. I can understand if maybe, MAYBE it was a very expensive type of bread and they were only willing to part with one roll. But its a brioche roll that comes prepackaged, its very cheap... like a hamburger bun. The fact that this was denied outright for no reason is ridiculous. I am highly confused since first, it's not my fault that your bread company is out of bread, second even being a reasonable customer you were unwilling to work with me, and thirdly you didn't want to part with an extra brioche roll OF ALL THINGS! I took my business down to Chipotle. Panera crew is great, but someone should take a look at the petty management. When you're out of stock of something, you have to accommodate the customer... that's simple business ethics. Unbelievable.
I ordered a couple lunches 6 bagels today and everything came quickly very hot. I ordered 4 Asiago bagels and 2 chocolate chip. They were out of the Asiago so they sent 6 chocolate chip instead AND refunded me for the asiago without me asking. That was really cool of you guys, I really appreciated that.
