A really refreshing and delightful vegetarian plate. the injera was particularly delicious, and I lived the mushrooms and yellow dal on the vegetarian plate.
I would say I'm a fairly common customer of Vera since she opened a few years ago. I have often eaten the most important vegan options: lens soup, the combo plate and tofu scramble. also the hot ingwerte with fresh ingwer is great. they are a beautiful family and vera, a professional chef, is pleased to make dinge from the menu, since everything is made fresh to order. the last two paintings, I asked for a rainbow wrap, but with the scramble instead of hummus. Moreover, they kindly sold me Ethiopian flavor and brot injera to make my on Ethiopian meal and gave me tips. Recently I found the scrambled and parts of the combo, which are then greasier, so that they could have switched oil. convicted with my likes a bit so will ask to be cooked in less oil the next time I go.
Everything was clearly labeled, the beyaynuta with njera was delicious, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back to try their rainbow wrap.
Looking at the website I thought this place was going to be a fancy restaurant. The waitresses seemed to be confused what appetizers they had left in the kitchen. I asked for a soda a was given a can. I've never eaten this kind of food but was veryexcited to try it. The crape/ pancake was sour tasting. The meat and sides were good but wasn't seasoned very well. Iwouldn't go back to this one but I would try another one.
The other day me and hubby stopped here because we frequent a few Ethiopian restaurants. But sadly we didn?t enjoy this place. The reviews online said this was a great place. But we must have come on a off day or something cause the flavors were notappeasing and taste quite off. I want to give them another shot later on but as of now I will be giving it a little time beforethen as I wasn?t pleased
