Sweetfrog - Manassas

Stoke a dollar from me at the counter; my fault for not counting my change and asking for the receipt there, but still

Decided to get SweetFrog tonight and what a huge mistake that was! I don't know if their machines weren't working properly or what, but it melted all over the car, my pants and my shoes during the 4 min drive home. Probably wouldn't have been near as bad if the darn container didn't have a small hole in the bottom

Good was okay but staff was not very helpful. They had two team members who were not present until it came time to pay and then didn't speak a word. Only vaguely motioned to what needed to be done. The chairs and tables are not for adults. Very tiny and flimsy.

RUDE young Hispanic girl working on Saturday afternoon 2/11/23!!! She should not be working there. LOUD music blasting. Yelling at customers in a rude tone over the music. Dirty tables and froyo machines. Better management and better workers needed at this location. $25 for 2 cups of froyo is way too much to pay if those are the conditions of an establishment.

My fiancée and I had an outrageous experience in November 2023. We had already payed online for our order, but as we were at the register, the woman at the register snatched the ice cream away from us, because at that very second it was closing time! So even though our payment went through and we had our ice cream ready at the register they stole us of our money and threatened to call the police to remove us when we argued that we were owed the ice cream we had just payed for. Absolutely disgraceful. Never give a penny to these messed up, cruel and evil-intentioned people.
