What PiXeL KilleR doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
The staff at this restaurant were unresponsive and inefficient. It took thirty minutes to receive two simple sandwiches and fries. Despite the crowded interior and busy drive-through, the staff seemed unconcerned. It was clear that they did not grasp the concept of fast food. Several customers even requested refunds and left due to the lengthy wait. Overall, the service was rated as a 1. View all feedback. What Glengar likes about Chick-fil-a:
Really great staff and food is always cooked well, but typically either understaffed or simply just packed. Watch WHEN you go and you'll have a good experience. Avoid getting sucked up into the lunch rush or the rush hour slammer. Parking can be a fickle thing. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch View all feedback.
