I received my chicken dry and it tasted like jerky. None of the staff were willing to assist me when I asked for more sauce. Both waiters told me it wasn't their problem. If the managers are reading this, please consider providing better training for your employees and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Place was empty when I got there for lunch. It seems most people get take-out. I had heard a lot of good things about Korean fried chicken. I was a little disappointed with the soy garlic sauce I chose but the chicken was really crispy without breading, and it certainly was not dry!
