We went onto drive thru. The person working/taking orders was very patient and helpful. But the coffee ordered was Vanilla iced latte, what I got was vanilla iced coffee with milk. It didn?t looked right. So I asked if they made what I want. I was evenasked if something was wrong, he explain what iced latte is and took the coffee and put in more iced coffee and bring itback. Fantastic service! My orders are consistently delicious and accurate. The staff is always friendly and courteous. This is definitely my favorite Dunkin' to visit.
Just wanted to share that the staff here is wonderful! Always super friendly and great service!
The restaurant is well-maintained and the service is prompt. What more could anyone ask for?
We went through the drive-thru, and the person taking our orders was very patient and helpful. However, I ordered a vanilla iced latte, and what I received was a vanilla iced coffee with milk, which didn't look right. I asked if they made what I wanted, and the employee even questioned if something was wrong. He then explained what an iced latte is and took my coffee back, adding more iced coffee to it before bringing it back to me. I find it ridiculous that he assumed I didn't know what an iced latte is and tried to pass off the altered drink as the original order. The employee should really be ashamed of themselves. This experience left me frustrated, and I won't be returning. Be careful with your orders; you never know what might happen!
Just coffee and a bagel...service was great.
