Pizza Hut - Malvern

They have lost their touch completely, somebody needs to buy them out. LEAVE TOWN!

Worst experience ever. Took an hour to deliver. They delivered the wrong pizza. Called to get it corrected. The person on the phone was rude. Waited an hour and a half to get the replacement pizza which was cold. The one they did delivered at first was slung all to one side of the box. I will post pics when I figure out how.

HORRIBLE. JUST HORRIBLE. Everything went smoothly getting the pizza delivered but when the delivery guy left I opened the box that had a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza inside and I was so mad. The pizza was smushed together and the display looks NOTHING like any other pizza I’ve order. I’m praying that y’all get shut down. If the workers there really needed the money they would work (HARD) for it. It disgusts me that you get paid for doing a terrible job. There’s no reason you should look at a pizza and clearly see that it’s out of order and looks bad and still close the box and deliver it. If y’all can’t handle a little job like Pizza Hut how could y’all handle ANY JOB.

The restaurant is closed, but the Pizza Hut in Arkadelphia is open and offers delicious food!

Terrible service! I recommend you go to Domino's instead. Pizza Hut in Malvern is a complete waste of time. Every time I call, they provide awful customer service.
