The ribs were fantastic—very tender and flavorful. The potato salad was also quite good. Their barbecue sauce was tasty as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal. The staff was very helpful, especially since it was my first visit. I had asked a deputy sheriff for a good barbecue recommendation, and he suggested Craig's! He was spot on!

Once I find something I love at a restaurant, it's hard to order something else. The ribs are great ! They give you plenty of extra sauce which is sweet and a little spicy. Fried pickles, and beans are good. This is a local family business. Craig, and his wife run the place, and their son is there sometimes too. I highly recommend you try the ribs if you haven't yet !
