Buffet food was cold and not worth $31. Thankfully I had a free voucher but I rather of paid for something decent. Tasted like the food was prepped hours earlier and was sitting. The Scrambled eggs turn into one solid piece with the top dried out and crusty. Pancakes were dried out and cold. Potato wedges were cold as well. Felt like we hit the buffet after a mad rush. The place has the potential to serve good food so not sure what the deal was. I did see them replenish food in the buffet 20 mins after we grabbed out so maybe it was bad luck or bad timing. The waiter never asked how the food was, I guess the uneaten food behind was not a clear enough signal. I eat at many Marriotts world wide. This place needs some help. Super disappointed.

First time dining at the Hook and Plow! Dinner was delicious, the Halibut surprised me, it was very tasty! John was a very good host. Breakfast was also very good! The Belgium Waffle was very good! Audrey was very good host! Next time I’m in Seattle I will dine here again!
