A La Truite Argentee - Malmedy

The service was very slow. We arrived at 7:15 pm and weren't served until 9 pm (we were a group of 7 people). A table of 4 and a table of 2 were served before us, even though they arrived after us. The table of 4 had finished and left before we were served. It took so long that we skipped dessert for fear of being at the table until midnight. Despite this, the food from the kitchen was delicious. It's a shame about the service.

Pretty satisfied, michelin recommendation, I don't understand. Not a bad restaurant, but not a michelle who's worthy. We had chosen for the menu, the dessert didn't fall to choose and became a crurulée, much too sweet and too powerful. A misunderstanding from the restaurant. The absolution isn't a bad restaurant.
